The Psychedelic World of Magic Mark Saturdays 11pm – 1am

Mark is much like Dr Who … he is a man who also travels through time and space in his own unique and otherworldly way, surrounded by likeminded companions who treasure his wild and inimitable perspective on life, the universe, and everything.

As Mark himself says … “What I do on my radio shows is transport or, perhaps even, Astral project people of all ages into my world, so they might be a part of a timeless generation that lives on today in the hearts and minds of everyone who still believes in peace and love and, of course, grooviness”.

The songs he spins are primarily from the 1960’s and 70’s, but please don’t think he is DJ’ing classic rock radio shows. That would imply he plays old music and that he takes people down memory lane. No, nothing could be further from the truth. What he plays is like fine wine. No matter the age, it is always perfect, always appetising and always in tune with the best of one’s life, as it is today.

Mark is a musical mystic, a man who has both lived it and still breathes it. Again, as the man himself is quick to point out … “You are not going back in time babies, you are in time, and the groove is on thanks to the magic of the Woodstock Generation”
